Effective 24 September 2026. 1. Who is responsible. Tvarka.health is a joint project of UAB Medicinos stebuklas (company code 124092339) and Socialiniai algoritmai, UAB (company code 304068578). Socialiniai algoritmai, UAB operates the public site and its technical infrastructure. UAB Medicinos stebuklas is responsible for the healthcare services it provides. For data handled on this site, email [email protected]. Both company addresses are on the Contact page. 2. Data processed. A visit generates an IP address, request time, page URL, browser information and security logs. Search words are used to return search results; do not enter personal health information into search. When you register by email, we process the address, language, site section, selected service and confirmation status that you provide. 3. Purposes and legal grounds. We provide and secure the site on the basis of legitimate interests. We reply to enquiries at your request. Launch notices will be sent only after you confirm registration and consent to receive them; you can withdraw consent at any time. This public site does not collect patient medical histories, take payments or provide consultations. 4. Recipients and transfers. Cloudflare Pages serves and protects the site, and Cloudflare Tunnel carries application requests to our local server. Resend delivers registration emails (terms: https://resend.com/legal). We may disclose data to public authorities when required by law. Providers may process data outside the EEA under applicable transfer safeguards; their privacy documents describe their arrangements. We do not sell data. 5. Retention and analytics. Technical logs are held as needed for security and incident investigation, subject to provider retention periods. Email registration is held until consent is withdrawn or the notification purpose ends. If we enable audience measurement, it will operate without advertising cookies; we will update this notice for material changes. 6. Your rights. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email [email protected].
